The thought of creation of Hemnalini Memorial College of Engineering was germinated in the mind of great Academician, Malobika Bhattacharya With noble inspiration to build up an ideal need based Engineering Institute for benefit of aspiring engineers,he came back to India in 2011 and established the same with name of loving memory of his great Mother in 2014.
