Government Rural Polytechnic, Thalnadi (Pauri Garhwal), situated in the State of Uttarakhand, established in 1987 by the then Uttar Pradesh Government vide G.O. No. 2187/28-7-20 (13)/85 dated 17-8-1987 before the existence of AICTE and this institute was approved by AICTE up to 2012-13 vide File No. AICTE-F.Dip.Engg./UT/AICTE-NRO/1988-01/2669 dated 04/08/ 2008.
