Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College was established in the year 1973 by the “ Society for Collegiate Education “ located in the heart of Visakhapatnam city in a sprawling 10 acre campus by socially conscious eminent and philanthropic persons from different walks of life like Education, Indian Administrative Service and Business with a service motive and named the college in honour of Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya , who was the then Vice Chancellor of Andhra University . The college is affiliated to Andhra
