Dr. Hanumant V. Dambal is the President of Soniya Education Trust. Prior to this, he was the elected Corporator of Hubli-Dharwad Corporation (1990), served as Finance committee member and as the Chairman of Tax Appellate Committee. During 1993-94, Mr. Dambal was the Mayor of Hubli-Dharwad City Corporation and worked for social and environmental development of the city.
