WHAT IS TECHNOLOGYNICIAN ELECTRONIC RADIO PROGRAM IN ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING

Electronics and telecommunication engineering in technologynician electronic radio is a three-year full-time diploma course approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). This program is offered by different polytechnic colleges in different states of India.

The duration of this program is three years, including six semesters—this program comprises basic subjects and some advanced subjects of electronics & telecommunication engineering. During the half period of the course, students will learn about English communication, basic & applied physics, chemistry, mathematics, business economics, analogue & digital electronics, computer programming language with knowledge of engineering computation methods. During the last year of the course, students will be taught some advanced subjects such as advanced communication engineering, industrial electronics, digital & microwave communication engineering, microcontroller & embedded system, advanced electronic measurement with professional knowledge of analogue electronics microprocessors, and elementary communication.

ELIGIBILITY AND FUTURE IN ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING (TECHNOLOGYNICIAN ELECTRONIC RADIO)

It is a diploma course, so aspiring candidates can take admission only after completing their secondary education (10th). Applicants must have passed the 10th standard from any recognized board or equivalent examination with English, Science (Physical), and Mathematics. The admission process of the majority of courses starts in April month and completes in September month. However, In many courses, you can take admission only through an entrance test. To take admission in this program, you have to be selected in the merit list and fulfil certain eligibility criteria, which are as follows-

Candidates should have secured at least 35% marks in aggregate as per the norms of AICTE. The marks gained in additional subjects will not be considered for eligibility criteria. Students appearing in the secondary examination with English, Science, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects can also apply for this program. No upper limit of age has been set for candidates, but candidates should not be born after 01.07.2006.

No rounding up of the marks will be entertained if an applicant fails to meet eligibility criteria. The application can be rejected even if the candidate has got selected in JEXPO-2021.

Candidates will be selected on the merit list of the Joint Entrance examination of Polytechnics (JEXPO) 2021. Those who have not appeared in JEXPO can get admission based on the marks in senior secondary education (10+2).
