ABOUT ENERGY ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT

Energy Engineering & Management (EEM) is a well-rounded programme aimed at professionals who work for companies that deal with the generation, transportation, storage, and sale of energy, including electrical, thermal, and other types of energy, as well as their suppliers and businesses that rely heavily on power. The program's graduates distinguish out because they have a broad understanding of current and future technology for new energy systems. They can contribute significantly to the effective implementation of new sustainable energy systems, assessing sustainability and operational efficiency, availability, and safety and evaluating them appropriately. As a result, graduates will comprehend, quantify, analyse, and optimise the constituents of energy systems and their intricate relationships. They can learn innovative processes and apply their expertise effectively and successfully in current businesses or while forming "start-ups." Professional, systematic, procedural, and managerial knowledge is required in the Energy Engineering & Management modules.

WHAT IS ENERGY ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT?

The energy transition is fraught with difficulties, such as improving the efficiency of renewable energy conversion systems and integrating them into future energy systems, which necessitates the development of capable energy storage systems and intelligent demand-side management, among other things. These elements are covered in Energy Engineering and Management, giving students the skills they need to face the challenges. The Energy Engineering & Management programme offers students a thorough understanding of current and future energy systems and the complex relationships between their components. Graduates are capable of analysing and optimising the operating efficiency, availability, and safety of energy systems. Renewables, Thermal Energy Conversion, Electricity Generation & Storage, Smart Networks & Energy Distribution, and Energy Economics are among the engineering modules, while Marketing & Information, Finance & Value, Decisions & Risk, Corporate Innovation & Intrapreneurship, and Strategy & People are among the management modules. Students are taught to manage energy keeping sustainable development in mind. This program provides them with a solid foundation of industries and renewable energy sources. This course has tremendous opportunities.
