ABOUT CONSTRUCTION PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT ENGINEERING

Construction planning and management is designing, developing, and executing the design or building of a project. It involves identifying, planning, and implementing the necessary resources to achieve a project's goals. A project manager must be able to identify the needs of each client and determine how best to meet those wants and needs. This includes: Identifying the requirements for each project, deciding what type of projects will be most successful in selecting the right team to complete each task, evaluating and revising plans for future projects defining the requirements for each project, assessing the feasibility of any given project estimating the cost of each project assessing and improving the quality of work being done by each project.

Construction planning and management are the two most important aspects of a project. The planning process is an essential part of any project, whether a new building or to complete a task. Planning is the process of identifying and organizing all possible resources needed to complete a construction project. This includes: -planning the site; - estimating the cost of materials; -calculating how much time will be required to complete the task; - estimating the costs of labour and equipment needed to complete the project to ensure that the project is completed in time; it also involves the identification of potential risks and opportunities for future projects.
