Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering is a 4-year undergraduate degree program which mainly deals with the fundamentals of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Most of the engineering colleges in India offer Chemical engineering course while some of them are considered good for the course alone.

Chemical Engineering

Chemical Engineering course includes the application of Chemistry and Physics along with Mathematics in order to make use and combine raw materials, chemicals into useful and valuable goods. Some important topics in chemical engineering course are chemical reactions, material science, energy, chemical technology, biochemistry, molecular chemistry, etc.

As any engineering course, many subjects in the course requires practical training sessions for better understanding. Workshops and industrial training is an integral part of the chemical engineering course. If you are having a strong background in Chemistry and Mathematics, then chemical engineering is the best choice for a bright career for you in future.
